MANTA

Choose how you want to carry patient linkage across sessions. Manta stays fully client-side, so you are responsible for how this linkage is stored and protected. Read more about each option at our secure vault strategy documentation.

Provide lookup table

Upload a CSV with `mrn` and `puid` columns to manually match incoming studies to an existing patient identifier.

Create or use portable encrypted key

Use one encrypted secure vault file that combines reconciliation mappings and PHI metadata for later reuse and review. Unlocked vault material auto-locks after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Store encrypted key in a local cache

Store the encrypted secure vault in this browser’s IndexedDB for convenience. This is device-specific and increases local persistence risk.

Encrypted secure vault files and browser-cached vaults contain patient linkage metadata. Treat them like patient data and use a strong, unique passphrase.
